Finish your study notes. Cross grade on Wednesday
Finish your outline for your crossgrade practice. Use a quote from the page I gave you on Friday. If you were away and didn't get a sheet, find a quote and work with it. You should write the opening paragraph and outline the body paragraphs.

You probably are struggling to think about homework on this gorgeous weekend, but here are the assignments:

English 11

Choose one of the quotes about identity that you made into a question and that you chose stories that linked to the answer to your question. Write an outline for an essay. Use this format

Finish your first draft of your Captain Torres point of view writing piece. We will edit in class on Monday.  If you were away, we are writing the story from Captain Torres' point of view. You will write in first person. Final copy will be due on Tuesday.
Read the story "Stone Eater" in the Moral Justice book. That's the skinny one :)

Choose three quotes from the identity sheet and put them into your own words. Re-frame the quotes into  questions.  Choose one question and then identify 3 stories that would work with the question.

We will be doing our "mini" debate tomorrow. Be prepared....I might throw you a curve ball.
Lit terms quiz next Tuesday. Tonight think about the Captain's perspective. How might he feel?
