Here's how it will be going for the next few days:
Lest you forget.
I am currently entering marks. You may check in with me at any time about your most recent mark. Make sure that all outstanding work is dealt with by Monday at the latest. My marks are due quickly after exams are over.

Your reading journals will be accepted until June 20th
Tomorrow we will edit one of the pieces you wrote. You don't know which one. It will be due with the other 2 pieces. Not done, not marked. Sorry, but we are plum out of time.
Final exam is on Monday.
English 10
You need to write the composition tonight. We will edit it tomorrow in class. Tomorrow we will practice some more. Isn't this fun?
You can use "I" etc in this composition, but not in the other one.
Overdue comics....time is running out.
Party on Friday. Bring what you signed up for.

The final countdown! Here's what we are doing and what to expect:
English 12
Act 4 and 5 quiz tomorrow
If you have reading journals, I will accept them up to the 18th of June.
Practice final. Tonight---write about irony in the poem An Ordinary Life.
Try to remember all of the things that I have taught you. Make sure that you refer to the lines (32) in your writing. Point/Evidence/Explanation
We will be discussing the synthesis piece tomorrow and doing the questions that go with it.
English 10
Do the next set of questions. The ones about the story. We will correct them in class. Tomorrow we will work on the writing part.
Your cartoons for Romeo and Juliet are due tomorrow. Not done, in at lunch.

Thursday
You all looked like you were having so much fun at the barbecue. Take a moment to thank the administration for organizing this for you. The money for this came from the PAC. It is important to express gratitude for all the great things that are done for you. You deserve the celebration.

Write the paragraph about "To be or not To be" I am looking for your ability to integrated quotes and to make strong connections. Remember you must cite sources if you have looked for information from anywhere but your brain.
Friday is practice exam day. Ms. Muirhead will be supervising the class.

Work on your cartoons and on the questions for the section that you were assigned in class. If you were away, you will have to catch up in class tomorrow.
We will have another quiz on Thursday on Act 4 and a final one on Friday.

Yup, we are on the downward slide. Two weeks to go before exam time. Monday is Commencement. This day will feel strange to you. If you weren't aware that the end was near, this day will hammer it home for you. I will miss seeing you behind the stage. I have been there for as long as I can remember. Be

We have reached the climax in the play. Finish the questions for Act 2. We will review Act 3 on Monday and there will be a quiz on Tuesday. Journal: Write about an argument that got out of control. What was that like for you or for someone you know?
