Semester 2

It was great to meet all of you today. Here are a few reminders for class tomorrow.

Creative Writing
Make a list of 10-15 things we need to know about you. Try to be as creative as possible

Bring a book that is your favorite. Be prepared to talk about it with the class. If you can't bring a book, please bring a title and be prepared to talk about why you like it. What drew you in?

Find examples of:

simile
personification
from Acts 1-3 and explain the meaning behind it. Use the worksheet on figurative language that we did in class to guide you.

Fill  in the sheet with notes from Act 3/provide quote and summary.
Tomorrow we are doing Act 3 in a minute!

English 11H
We will finish Act 3 tomorrow. Fill in the sheet up to what we have done.

English 12
Do the multiple choice questions for the poem. I handed the sheet out in class today. We will mark it tomorrow.
