Finish writing your reflective essay.We will do one final read tomorrow in class. Hand in your 1st draft version tomorrow along with:

Revised version of your persuasive essay/rough draft attached and rubric as well.
Read Miss Brill (look up the page in the Table of Contents)
We will be choosing our novel study tomorrow
You will be writing a character sketch while you are away. We will have a short story test when we get back from the break. You should have your first novel study done by March 27th with 5 journal entries.
Creative Writing
Type your story. You will read them again in class. Please have someone you trust read your versions of the story.
Send me your story. I will read it and give you feedback. I would like you to continue working on your story when we are out of school. Feel free to send me an email and ask me a question about anything at any time. Also....write on your blog!!! Some of you are already 2 blogs behind.
Read your novel and write reflections. Like my English 12 class, I think you should also aim to be done after the break. I have also added some links for writing contests on the side. Check them out!
